Working on the upstairs and have reconsidered regarding the ceiling. Have horizontal sparse on cc30 but am considering a horizontal full-tongue-sawn panel instead of drywall, which was the original idea.

Now I'm trying to figure out how to attach the panel as every other board doesn't have anything to rest against.

Screw OSB into the ceiling?

Is it sufficient to nail the panel into OSB or is drywall the only ceiling option for us?

Is all the electricity installed?
Otherwise, just attach new spacers at cc 600 and screw them into the old ones.
Other than that, I see no issue with nailing into OSB if that is preferred.
If you plan to paint the panel, I suggest doing this beforehand and then just touching it up later. Today's panels move a lot.

I was considering using "stående" cc 60 but I would prefer not to lower the ceiling at all, so 12.5 mm OSB felt better than 28 mm gles.

Insert boards between the glass panes, along (each piece will be about 25cm long) the rafters so that everything forms a grid pattern, this should be sufficient to nail panels even if it is 120cm between the rafters.

That's what I did on my pitched roof, worked great. One piece standing behind the horizontal ones that overlapped on the back and one piece that filled the "hole" and was screwed into the one that overlapped on the back.
