I am going to tear down a wall on the 2nd floor and let the sloped ceiling almost go all the way down to the floor.
I basically understand what needs to be done. So correct me if I'm wrong.
* Tear down the existing wall and frame a new one a bit further out. The sloped ceiling should go down so that there is only about 40 cm left of the wall.
* Cover the new surfaces with plastic and then insulation to finish with gypsum or whatever you want as an outer surface.
No, it is not load-bearing like that. Of course, I will save down the posts that exist. From a construction standpoint, I am clear about everything. It's more the insulation part.
