Size of nail plate for roof truss

I am going to make roof trusses for a gable roof with a 45-degree slope.
Span 6.5 meters. Is a nail plate with dim 100x300x2 mm sufficient to splice it together?

My professionally built roof trusses with a span of approximately 8 meters have nail plates 140 x 330 mm.
The trusses are 220x45.

So it mostly depends on the truss dimensions, I suppose.

Dimension is 45x220.
Choose the larger sheet model then. Better to oversize a bit.
