Is it to pre-drill in the wooden studs first with the same size as the anchor plugs and then drill in the concrete ceiling???

Are 3 pieces of 8x100 per meter enough for a 45x70???

Thanks

That's fine.
You can also drill in one go, i.e., through the stud and into the concrete at the same time.
This is somewhat the idea with the nail plug, this and that you don't screw them in.

I would have probably used expander nails! Just drill through the stud and concrete simultaneously and then drive the expander nail in...

Now I have started the framing.
It goes really fast if you measure and pre-drill the wooden studs beforehand, you save time by not having to hold up the studs for a few extra seconds.
Also, 8x80 spike plug was better because there wasn't concrete all the way up to the ceiling for me, but it was an air gap or so after about 5cm.
But I used 8x100 when it was concrete all the way up.

Used a hammer drill from clasohlson and a hilti drill, works great and super fast, one stud in about 5min.
Had about 25cm spacing between the spike plugs, and 30cc.
