Hello.
My neighbor and I have a shared carport.
The carport consists of 3 walls, open towards the driveway/street.
The houses are from the 70s with a brick facade.
The storage rooms are made of wood.
At the property line in the carport, there are 95x95 wooden posts. We have started framing between these posts with 45x95 cc60.
This wall we are building needs to meet EI60 according to the municipality.
I have looked at
https://www.traguiden.se/om-tra/bra...-brandmotstand/exempel-pa-avskiljande-vaggar/ but I'm not really sure about it.
As for the cladding, would 15mm GTF plus OSB inside suffice?
So like this:
15mm GTF
12mm OSB
95mm framing (insulation for fire protection?)
12mm OSB
15mm GTF
The garage will not be heated (only concrete slabs on the floor).
The idea with the wall is that walls with A60 doors will also be built on my side towards the driveway.
Thoughts, suggestions?
Best regards
