Currently building a garage with an apartment inside. The garage is cast on a sill beam = the outer walls stand on a 10 cm high concrete edge (see drawing below).

Apart from the sill beam, the entire slab, both indoors and outdoors (patio), is cast at the same height. To the patio from the apartment, there are glass sections and a double door. These therefore stand directly on the slab with only a 25x95 beam and paper underneath (see pictures). How can I ensure this is watertight against water and snow? In the long term, I plan to lay Offerdal slate on the outdoor slab, which will pose the same issue, how do I make the threshold on the double door and the frames of the sections watertight against water? (see pictures below on how it looks)
