Sealing window sills?

You can use Tec7 between wood and brick as well.

Indoors, you use latex sealant.

Is it right to use it between wood and brick? Isn't it that you should use foam sealant instead? The yellow kind that expands?

In this case, the windows and doors are in the wooden structure itself while the brick is more of a facade that sits outside. This means that the windows and doors do not have direct contact with the facade/brick. Some kind of hard-looking sealant has been used, probably cement, but it has cracked since wooden houses move slightly.

Have received a response from the manufacturer of Tec7, there is no silicone in the product, so it sounds like the right product to use at least for window sills.

In the pictures, it looks like small gaps, where you can't get in foam sealant. Foam sealant is also very troublesome to handle once it's out of the can:
