Sealing 70s balcony... Ardex S7 or Ardex 7+8?

Apparently, it's time to reseal the balcony, which also serves as the roof for the bedroom on the floor below...

I've looked at several different solutions and due to the limited construction height (max. 30 mm), tiles must be used on the balcony.

I've read a bit, and Ardex seems to be the best one can find for this purpose...

I've found info on S7 (one component) or 7+8. I don't really see what the difference is in properties (other than 7+8 being 2 components)...

So the question then, what is the difference, which is best suited, and has anyone found the price of Ardex S7?
Preferably in the Stockholm area then...

However, now I saw that it is actually Ardex 8+9 that corresponds to S7 (=diffusion open).

S7 seems more common abroad where it costs around 1000:- for a 15kg bag.

OK, yes, that might be true since I can't find S7 anywhere in Sweden. 8+9 seem to do exactly what I want and also seem quite easy to use...
