Screw spacing for sparse installation

Hello,

I am installing cleats in a room where there is 50 cm between the roof trusses.

It feels excessive to screw the cleats on each truss; is it enough if I do it on every other one, i.e., 100 cm? Is there any regulation for this?

The standard is that the sparse panel should be attached with 2 nails in each rafter when it's cc120, so 2 screws in every other one will definitely work for you.

Screws will vary in length since I need to install spacers in many places due to the uneven ceiling (old house), but they will be between 5x70 - 90mm.
