Screw into EPCCement?

I have plans to cast the floor in my bathroom with EPSCement. I wonder if you can screw into EPSCement. Is it just a matter of plugging and screwing as usual, or should attachment points be prepared before casting? Among other things, the toilet and shower wall need to be screwed in.

I had some trouble screwing into EPS Cement (maybe didn't find the right plug), but I siliconed my toilet in place.
Can't you screw the shower walls into the wall instead?

Maybe someone has good tips on how to screw into EPS otherwise?
