I was about to screw in a number of screws with a hook into a concrete wall and they broke, see image: Broken metal hook screws on a wooden surface, with a red fabric partially visible in the background.

Now the other part is left in the wall (in a plug) and I don't know what to do?
How can I easily remove it?

First time I'm experiencing a screw breaking.
I used a simple plier and twisted only with simple hand force.

Metal drill and drill away.

Or just fill it in...

I need to get a screw in right there, so I'll try with a metal drill bit. Is it easy to remove it with one of those?

Drilling into an old screw is not always the easiest task.
One option is to drill away the concrete around the plug and remove it. Afterwards, fill it with some mortar and then start over.

Or to take a don and hammer it in if you have drilled deep enough, in order to insert a new plug into the hole...

The same method to remove the screw isn't so bad if it's not too far in. Use a pair of nippers. You may of course need to widen the hole a bit to access it.

Another option may be to use something called a "grispick" see attached link.

Available at several hardware stores, etc.
Don't do that, such a slender wimp can withstand almost no torque at all. It's almost guaranteed to break, and since it's hardened you'll have an even worse problem on your hands.

What do the holes look like?

If they are in a plug, you can go for the plug itself. Heat with a propane torch or something so it melts. Then just pull out the screw.

Drill a small hole and use a screw extractor!
