Screw down treads in outdoor staircase

I'm going to build a series of stairs and I'm considering which screw to use for fastening the treads to the support beam.

The treads consist of 2 x 45x170 and the support beam is 45x70.

Considering:

Sure works.
I would probably have chosen a cheap screw like Jula's art 014443
600 pieces, 5x80mm for 269 SEK, they should work for the entire staircase and it's convenient, cheap, and quick to choose a dimension that is adequate for the whole construction.
