Hello.
What are the requirements for scaffolding in order for it to be approved for craftsmen that you hire? I imagine there is some specification that must be fulfilled. Requirements for, for example, handrails, stability(?), a way to move between scaffolding levels, etc.
I have access to a Haki scaffold, however, it is not completely complete. The Haki deck is missing and instead, I have longitudinal planks. I have re-paneled the house myself with this scaffold, and it feels both stable and secure. However, I would like to have "my back covered" in case any incident occurs when the builders are on-site.
According to the contractor, it would be a solution if I built the scaffold and they approved it. Does that work? I would prefer to avoid renting "unnecessary" scaffold parts and paying for scaffold builders if I can. I will be doing a small extension, two floors of 17 m2 each.
Thanks in advance!
