Why don't you buy 260 or 270 plaster? It usually isn't hard to find.

Hmm. Are you sure you're measuring correctly? Initially thought it sounded like renovation gypsum, but that's only 6 mm.

You aren't accidentally measuring a beveled edge, are you?
No, it's like that everywhere. It is from 1962, could it have been thinner back then?

Mostly because Byggmax is the closest and their free trailer takes 2500 boards.
In that case, I would have to drive a bit further to Hornbach, but I don't know which trailer can take such large boards. Maybe it's possible to find one.

Oh, is the plaster that old? Yes, it could certainly have had different dimensions.

You need to have 120 boards the studs are well placed at cc 60 you must screw into the studs if you only have drywall behind or if it's råspont then it might be possible to just screw into it.

It is råspont

I have even used 250cm boards where the ceiling height is 258cm. The baseboard and crown molding cover the gap with margin.

Great, exactly my thought. Did you try placing the board in the middle then? Any spacer on the floor to lift it a little?

There was a bit more gap at the bottom than at the top. I put a piece of wood at the bottom.
