Hi,

I built a hall of 860m2 with a steel frame and sandwich panels for both the roof and walls. That hall has remained tight for over three years now, and I bought the panels from Kingspan. Very satisfied!

A little over a year ago, I built another hall. This time 2200m2. Ordered the frame with mounted walls and roof from a construction company. Unfortunately, the company went bankrupt just as the hall was completed. The panels came from Pruszyński.

This hall leaks in a few places and drips externally at the eaves. I've had a couple of guys go up and add extra screws at the seams and tighten screws that weren't fully tightened. It got better, but now that there's been ice on the roof and it's started to melt, it's dripping again. I haven't had this problem with the smaller hall, so I'm not quite sure what the issue is and how to solve it.

Is it the screws that aren't screwed in correctly, or could it be that the screws form a thermal bridge and condensation forms and drips? Is it common for sandwich roofs to leak?

Could it also be condensation dripping at the eaves, or must it be the gutters that aren't mounted correctly?
