Have you used blank nails? Or is it galvanized nails that have still started to rust?
If it's blank nails, you can brush off the rust and then spray or brush on cold galvanizing. If it's galvanized nails, the same method works, but you might want to have a talk with the nail supplier as well.

What a shame. Blank skip, in my opinion, only belongs in fine woodworking, and especially not outdoors, but the situation is what it is now. Cold galvanizing is sold in spray cans at places like Jula, Biltema, Clas Ohlson, and similar places.
