Rubber fender/profile

I am looking for a 3 m rubber fender/profile to place on the plate under the garage door to:

1. Prevent water from seeping in under the door since I have the garage in the basement
2. Seal against the door as the plate is wavy and I have not managed to adjust the door to go all the way down.

Where can I buy this in shorter lengths than 20 m (online or in the GBG region), or should I do something else instead?

In principle, completely correct, but I wonder if this one has too high a profile. Thanks for the search tips and I'll expand the search with bryggtillbehör.
