Hi, originally in my 20s apartment, the wall/ceiling angle is rounded with about a 70mm diameter.

I want to do this on the new walls as well to maintain the style. I was thinking of using Rotband (Gypsum plaster) which should be best to avoid cracking? Should I also use any special filler?

One used to apply the concave mold with the same mortar that was used for plastering the walls. As a tool, a concave trowel was used, or, in the absence of one, an (empty) pilsner bottle.

Thanks, I was mostly wondering if gipsputs was a good material to reduce the risk of cracks. Also, which spackle is best?

I have used plaster and then regular wall filler. Now it was only 2 years ago, but it hasn't cracked yet.
