As seen in the picture, I need to replace door frames. The new door should be able to manage if you reverse the threshold edge, right? Meaning the threshold is towards the inner courtyard, in a more protected position from water and snow. It's a total of three frames, two for the inner courtyard and one for the garage. Does anyone have suggestions for a better construction solution than the current one? I don't want them to rot again in a few years.

I let the frames end 15 mm above the concrete and placed a piece of treated wood underneath. I don't know if it's a good solution that works but you have to do something :)
I have framed out the walls because I have also added insulation to the garage, so hopefully, I have moved the water splash out a bit. Maybe you can do something similar at your place?
