We are going to build a house this summer and have now received a quote for roof trusses, and it was a massive 50,000:-

Does that sound reasonable?
Now it's through Bygma, so there's likely a markup along the way, but still.

The house is 220 sqm, so it's large.

A total of 27 trusses of various types and a glulam beam.

So it's a little less than 2000 per roof truss. Sounds quite reasonable. I've read here on the forum about prices around 1500 per roof truss, maybe a couple of years ago. But yours might be longer and more complicated. On the other hand, there are quite a few, so there should be some room for bulk discount.

But you might want to check directly with a roof truss factory as well.

What is the span of the roof trusses?

Got a direct quote from a factory, and it was at the same price I had received before. So, the price was probably reasonable.
