Do you have any tips for overrun protection for a 32mm drain hose? Can you easily build your own? The ones you buy aren't cheap unfortunately, and I need 2.8 meters. At most, a heavily loaded wheelbarrow will drive over, no car traffic.

It's not that complicated to build with timber. Presumably, it's not permanent, because if it were, it would be appropriate to bury it.
A 2"4 on the flat on each side and a cheap board lasts longer than you might think, especially if there's not even any traffic over it.

If you want to make it luxurious, split the 2”4 with the circular saw at 45 degrees.

A "board," what would that imply in this case?

An OSB strip would surely have sufficed. It depends a bit on how long it needs to be there. They get somewhat shabby after about a year out in the rain and rough weather.

Should probably stay for now, it's a kolonistuga with summer water. Might lay a decking board between the 2"x4', so it should hold for a while.

Bury it. A trench of 5–10 cm depth is enough if there won't be any weight on it.

Probably not what you envisioned when you wrote drainage hose... but no, you probably shouldn't bury it. But buy a hose or pipe as protection, thread it through and bury it if it's going to be there for a couple of years or so, it's definitely worth it.

Maybe not the best of hoses, but surely it will withstand some soil pressure if it's buried a few decimeters.
