Hello

I want a nice stone countertop for my bathroom around the recessed sink. I know that this kind of thing is quite expensive (like extremely expensive).

Does anyone have tips on companies in the Stockholm area that offer good prices, a good selection, and fast delivery on stone countertops?

Try Walter Eklund Vällingby or if it counts as Skälby, not sure if they are cheap. But they have a large selection and have been able to deliver quickly (although it was many years ago when I tried them). They are definitely reasonable to talk to, so go out and talk to them and maybe they can give you a good price as well.

It should at least be better than ordering through a bathroom store. One less middleman.

   Nordisk Byggsten in Järfälla is cheap... they might not have special, exclusive granite stones in stock.

I believe Sweli here on the Forum was very satisfied with them!

You can also use the Search function in the Forum (at the top left in the blue header row) and look for other threads on, for example, "stone slabs" "countertops" "granite stone" etc etc

Create a drawing and send it to Italy. It's the cheapest but also the trickiest. At least half the price. If you know someone who speaks Italian, it's a piece of cake.
