Retaining wall with Byggmax wall blocks

Hello forum!
I'm considering building a wall around my parking area with concrete blocks from Byggmax (type 435×270×150 mm with locking tabs). Does anyone have experience with them? Do you have pictures of your projects? Do you need to fill the cavities with any material? All tips and tricks are appreciated, especially regarding walls that need to withstand some pressure and maintain a neat appearance around a parking area.

You fill the cavities with crushed stone for example, but after the first row, you lay geogrid.

Hi, I was planning to cast a strip foundation 15cm into the ground and fasten the first two rows of blocks with reinforcement up, could that replace the geogrid?

You need to follow the instructions for these specific wall blocks. There should be instructions to follow for each respective height. If there aren't any, use a different stone.

Hello, I was planning to cast a base 15cm into the ground and for the first two rows, cast the blocks with reinforcement upwards, could this replace the geogrid?

Okay, I haven't cast but only packed, and the wall is still standing.😉
Note, it is not the Buildmax wall blocks but the mosaic.

I built a 2-meter-high wall 13 years ago. I used geogrid and filled with crushed rock in and behind the wall.

I have cast under all my walls.....they are also the only walls in the nearby neighborhoods that are perfectly straight 15 years later......
