When the patio door was replaced, I saw that the previous flashing directed water towards one corner.
How do I splice this beam which is 60x120? Can't find a similar dimension today.
I will probably also need to buy or make wedges for other beams that have a few cm of moisture damage at the bottom against the sill, any tips on how to make the wedge, and from what?

It's just about splitting a board to the right dimension, and wedges are just about cutting them.
