Have you measured super high values? It doesn't necessarily mean you'll become self-luminous just because the wall is made of blåbetong...Replacing an exterior wall sounds like an unusual project and troublesome, are the rest of the exterior walls made of something else? Otherwise, I would recommend that you refrain, it's better to invest the money in ventilation instead. No idea what the job costs, I usually do everything myself and the material cost completely depends on how you choose to build the new wall?
