Hello!

If you want to repair a damaged screw hole in chipboard with some sawdust and wood glue.
Do you let the glue dry first before screwing in the screw again?
Or do you let it dry first and then screw?

There is nothing to attach the writing to if the glue hasn't dried first.

I see I wrote my question strangely.

It should of course be "or do you screw first and then let the glue dry."

But it makes sense that it would be difficult to tighten the screw properly before the glue has dried, when you think about it :)

Drill out any shavings from the hole and glue in a matchstick (small hole) or a round dowel (larger hole) with wood glue also works well. Let the glue dry, drill, and screw.
