Hello!

My partner and I have just bought an old Skånelänga (from the mid-1800s). When I removed a radiator from the dining room, it turned out that the wall behind it was in poor condition. The plaster crumbled down or was extremely easy to just poke away.

How do I best fix this now? Should I use lime mortar for both the joints and the plaster? Does it need to be done in two steps, i.e., repair the joints first, let it dry, and then plaster?

Grateful for any tips!

Best regards, Anna
