Repair mortar?

I've demolished a cast balcony at the country house. Built in 1959, the balcony was attached to the facade with a concrete block in which the reinforcement was cast. Now I need to repair the concrete block as it partially broke when I chipped away the reinforcement. It looks to be about 70 cm deep and 30 cm high concrete casting, about 3.70 meters long. What type of mortar should I use for repairing the construction? I plan to attach a pressure-treated beam 45x170 as a support beam for my new wooden balcony; is using nail plugs the most appropriate method?
Currently, the facade is in side panels, but I will eventually dismantle these and install wood paneling. Until then, I need to replace some panels; are there "new" harmless replacement panels available?

Only recommendation for repair mortar:

I would recommend Rescon Redirep. Because it's easy to handle, fiber-reinforced, can be applied 6cm at once (if I remember correctly), adheres well, etc. Unfortunately expensive but worth it in my opinion. Check with your building supplier if they can order it for you.

I will be installing a pressure-treated rule 45x170 as a beam for my new wooden balcony, is it best to use nail plugs?

No no. That won't hold well at all. I would go with a set of expansion bolts.

Today, the façade is in sidiplattor, I will eventually dismantle these and install wood paneling. Until then, I need to replace some of the plates, are there "new" safe replacement plates available?

Maybe I can get hold of some from someone who has already replaced their eternitfasad?
