Repair holes so that new brackets can be mounted.

Hi forum!

Do you have any good tips on a product to fill these holes in a lightweight concrete wall, so I can put up my own wall mounts?

Does regular filler or household fix not go deep enough into the holes? Or is it enough to just spread over with a spatula?
