I have started renovating the bathroom and begun exposing an old drainpipe that goes embedded in a wall. But how should I repair this in the best way?

Exposed old drainage pipe in a wall being uncovered during a bathroom renovation project. The pipe is visible amidst partially removed plaster and brick.
I'm not done with the exposure yet and will also need to open from the other side of the wall. So it will be open straight through. Some tips would be appreciated

S
there are those laws with white masonite.
try to build up with stone (brick or light block) then plaster

If the wall is not load-bearing, you could fill the cavity with foam sealant and then plaster over it.
