Rendering on rough concrete

Hello,

Casting a basement wall (exterior wall) in coarse concrete, using rough sawn boards as a "form."

What plaster should I use for this?

In some areas, I just want to smooth out small unevenness of perhaps 1-5mm thickness.

In some areas, I want to even out unevenness up to 40mm thickness.

I will also want to paint the plaster with some color.
