Is it possible to remove tiles from plasterboard without it breaking, any tips on that?

Is it possible to remove tiles from plaster or will it break? Any tips on that?

In 9 out of 10 cases, I would say that the plaster substrate will break.
The adhesive will pull the paperboard with it, and probably some of the plaster underneath as well.

Possibly, you might manage with a lot of time and care using a multi-tool with a tile remover (see image) and patience, so that you can then fill in any holes that appear afterwards.
