Remove load-bearing wall in concrete house

I can't see what effect it would have either.
We have a supporting wall at the bottom. Then comes the truss, and then the beam.
The only concern I can see is that you might have too small a contact surface between the beam and the truss, but then you just have to splice the truss on both sides so that you have an acceptable setup

My trusses are spliced in the middle so it's 3x45mm wide where the beam lies. That's enough for the beam and a couple of tanks.
