Is it possible to remove an under-mounted Franke sink from a laminate countertop and get rid of all glue residues, do you think?

Considering buying one that's been in the office... The countertop is brand new and delivered by Kvik... What do you think?

doubt that it works..
check with kvik, they surely have some ref. in Denmark where the boards are manufactured.

Why do you doubt it? Shouldn't it work with something like thinner?

It should go well, but it is a bit of work. I've managed anyway. If the upper edge that has been glued against the laminate becomes a bit scratched and ugly, it's not very difficult to sand it down to make it look nice.
It should be glued with silicone, there is a product you can buy to remove old silicone, something I haven't tried but it might be helpful.

I thought it was the disc you were supposed to have because you showed that the disc was new, my mistake...

I was unclear... It's her we are after... Ideally, we would like to top-mount or flush-mount it... But the question is if it's possible to remove all the glue and laminate from the edge...
