Planning to renovate a 3-room apartment of about 80sqm
6 new windows to be installed.
Bathroom done
Not considering the most expensive materials
Approximately 25 linear meters of outer wall needs framing, insulation, and electrical and heating pipes will be routed there

What have I forgotten?
I haven't calculated exactly, just estimated roughly.

What comes to mind are outlets and switches
That'll be an additional 2-3000:-

Renovation budget list detailing materials and costs for windows, gypsum, OSB, insulation, and electrical items like conduits, sockets, and lighting fixtures.

Cost breakdown for renovation including plumbing at 8000, painting at 8000, putty at 3000, floor varnish at 2000, totaling 92,000.

If you think window prices are low, it's because they are pvc.
No labor costs included, of course.
Ceiling to be framed down, preferably hanging a bit from the existing ceiling, simple plasterboard with 45 insulation for some soundproofing

As a material price, it sounds reasonable, at least on the surface. Then you have to add the usual 30-50% buffer - which for some reason always seems to get partially used up anyway :)

I think I have accounted for the amount of material, but you only know for sure when it's done 😄

I also have some material "in stock"

Considering whether I should do a smaller renovation since it ended up being quite extensive...
For example, skipping lowering the ceilings, but that doesn't save many thousands; the downside is I'd have to use the old conduit pipes, which might be okay but would feel better with new ones.

Now it's the rest of all the windows, so there I can "save" or postpone 10,000, but otherwise, there's not much else to save on.

The paint and filler are needed, the radiator stuff remains, a bit of insulation...
It might end up being 70,000, so maybe it's just as well to do everything?
