Hello.
We have looked at a house that we really love where the attic has been converted into two rooms of about 50 square meters.
However, we need to raise the roof and add a wall so we can walk straight up to the attic; otherwise, our family won't fit. We are wondering if anyone has raised a roof, possibly replaced the roof, and built higher walls and facade, and approximately how much such a job might cost on a wood facade house. And how long it might take? The roof does _not_ need to be replaced, just raised and have a wall added, really.
