I have a hallway/kitchen and living room (40m2) with 22mm chipboard on wooden joists. I will be installing reflecta boards (13mm) for underfloor heating along a window section. The rest of the floor area needs to be raised by 13mm so that the entire floor is level before I install laminate flooring.
I'm considering screwing regular chipboard 12mm (1200x2500) and to reach the same level as the reflector boards, I'll place a strip of felt paper (1mm) on the underside of the chipboard.
What do you think?
