I am planning to equip the living room, which is 38 m2 in size, with heaters and/or underfloor heating under oak parquet. I am not sure if I should have both underfloor heating and heaters?
If I am to have only heaters, I am looking for stylish, sleek designs with direct-acting electricity. I have seen heaters from the brand Adax, but they are not particularly stylish. I am not sure if they are made of metal? Does anyone know if there are other brands? Oil-filled heaters are not stylish either... Anyone with experiences, ideas, or similar suggestions?

Are you planning to redo the floors? One idea could be to install waterborne underfloor heating that you drive with an electric heater. When you later have the opportunity to connect radiators or more underfloor heating, you can acquire a heat source that is cheaper to operate (like an air-to-water heat pump).

Right now, Jula has a discount on an air-to-water heat pump with an included electric heater. They want 17 lax for it. It might be an alternative to an electric boiler considering how cheap it is, at least if you can fairly soon install some radiators.
The brand "Anslut" has a bad reputation, so I wouldn't expect the same performance from this pump as from a pump that costs three times as much.
