I'm wondering if there's any knowledgeable person who sees an obstacle/problem with the following idea:
I'm considering framing two basement walls (currently concrete, no signs of high moisture). I plan to leave an air gap of 2.5 cm between the concrete wall and the inner wall (70 frame and insulation) and an air gap at the bottom and top so air can circulate within the wall.
But my question concerns the pipes for the radiators, which I plan to fasten against the concrete wall (i.e., in the air gap). Is there any obstacle/problem with placing the hot pipes there? I'm thinking that they will also help with air circulation (hot air rises).
Thanks in advance
