I'm going to frame a basement wall with metal studs, planning to have drywall on the outside... should I assemble the metal studs with assembly screws or what is recommended? I'm going to use 90's drywall... should I space the studs at 45 cm center-to-center? You frame one along the floor, one along the ceiling, and then just "upright" studs, right? Grateful for help:)

you have tracks in the floor and ceiling...called sk or skp.. In these you insert the studs 450 cc. You fasten the middle stud with mounting screw. The stud at the joint you hold in place with your hand when attaching the drywall.

thank you:)

You clamp the studs together with a fixer plier, or with small clamps. If you're going to have a door, you recess a batten into the stud so that you can fix the frame. You make the transom from a floor/ceiling profile where you cut out a flange on both ends and clamp it at the correct height. Most studs have a triangle, it should face upwards :)
