Hi! I have a small question about sill paper.. The thing is, I'm building a terrace on concrete slabs. I'm almost done with the whole frame, pressure-treated 145x45, when I suddenly realize that I haven't laid sill paper. How important is it when it is pressure-treated wood? I don't really feel like taking it apart, and I assume it's a bit too heavy to lift...

ignore it if you don't expect a lifespan of 40-50 years............
I don't think it's a disaster either, but if you want to extend the lifespan and sleep better, prop it up, lift a bit carefully with a jack and see if you can wedge in a piece as sblixten says.
Otherwise, support it up, saw off the rule and place an adjustable plastic foot:
