The shape of these stones is not natural in any way. One cannot claim that these deviations are due to being natural stone.

No, it's quite obvious that the "chopped off" edges are due to the cutting machine cutting outside the edge of the slab. Probably the dimensions of the raw material vary, so there will always be two sides of the slab where you can't get a whole plate. If it only lacks a millimeter or two and you're stingy, those plates aren't discarded but sent out to the customer.

Yes, that's what is usually called second-rate..
this store lacks competence.. there are no problems getting perfect plates..
the best way to avoid poor quality is not to buy from KINA..

quality exists in china, it's about good QC on-site. Buying without someone checking on-site is like playing roulette..

If you're not paid by the hour, keep working and charge for it. It usually isn't that difficult for craftsmen dealing with private individuals :)
