Is it possible to say that the price of a roof for a newly built house is as follows? (include the total cost of the roof, e.g., if specialists are needed for installation or reinforced structure)

1 Bitumen roofing (= cheapest)
2 Concrete tiles
3 Metal roof
4 Clay tiles
5 Slate roof
6 Thatch roof (= most expensive)

I would guess that sheet metal and tiles should switch places; tiles are basically the same work as concrete but the tiles are more expensive. And regarding metal, one should probably say sheet metal, because between felt and concrete, corrugated metal should be used, although it is rarely put on a new house, though very suitable where there is a lot of snow.
