Hello,
Now that we've seen a massive increase in wood prices, I've started thinking about alternative material choices that can be made to reduce costs for the upcoming new build.
For example, opting out of OSB/plywood in interior walls and using kottla where good fastening is needed.
Could it be that now there isn't such a big difference in building a stone house compared to one in wood as there was before?
Can you provide more examples?
Bonus question: Anyone dare to give a forecast on what wood prices might look like in 2022?
