What do you usually do at the junction between the ceiling and corners before plastering?

We plan to seal all connections and hopefully skip the moldings.

I mount foldable sheet metal band in wall/ceiling corners and H50 angle profiles in all right-angled corners.

Insert noggings between the sparse panels in the ceiling so you can screw the plasterboard more closely there, and then apply joint tape before filling.

The builders had left a bunch of pre-cut noggins that they said were to go in the ceiling. Never understood where and why, but now I get that they go between the gypsum👍
