As the headline says, do you need to pre-drill panel boards from the Brandéns brand (6mm MDF, planning to screw with 4x25mm, as well as glue in some places).
Are you really going to screw it? Isn't it usually glued with mounting adhesive and a few brads to hold it during drying time? If you're going to screw it, you'll probably need to pre-drill and countersink if you want to avoid it curling out around the screw head.
