I am interested in making my own fence post caps. What is the best way to make a pyramid? What tools do you need, see example in the picture?

I am interested in making my own post caps. How do you best make a pyramid? What tools do you need, see example in the picture

found my own solution, cut the pieces 120 so I had square pieces. Stood these on edge in the saw. Put studs as supports left and right. Tilted the saw 22.5 degrees. Then cut two sides per block. Then moved the support a few mm. Cut the next two sides. Voila, it was done.
