Problem solver; help me!
I have set up two clothing rods in brackets in the bedroom; neat and practical.
The house is late 1800s, and consequently, the walls are thick crumbly plaster on brick. I realized when I put up the brackets that it would be troublesome to hold up when the clothing rods are full.
When I got home from the country this weekend, one bracket had fallen down and pulled the universal plug out of the wall, and the hole is now approximately 12-13 mm in opening.
What to do? Should I fill it with house fixer and "cast" in a plug? Molly plug? Or do you have better alternatives?

Best regards,
Peter

Drill until you find the brick (it will probably never hold well in the plaster).
Insert the plug so the ENTIRE plug is in the brick.
Use long screws so the screw goes through the entire plug.
Then it will probably hold.
