Hello.

I have been following various threads here on the forum for a few years and have understood that there is knowledge in abundance. Now I need tips/help.

I have replastered the interior walls in the basement of our house built in '66. Probably, I haven't managed to get enough plaster into the old holes by the windows or have encountered other cavities in the wall.
The problem I have now is that the screws for the roller blind brackets do not hold tight in the plug/wall; everything is loose/falling off.

Is there a neat solution to the problem? Or is it just a matter of trying to fill the holes with some kind of mortar and drilling again?

What type of anchors do you use (red/yellow)? There are a few types of anchors that are a bit larger and should grip more, alternatively go for a slightly larger screw. I don't believe in filling the holes and re-drilling in the same hole; it will be very difficult to make new holes in the repair.

Corre; Nah, spackling felt like the worst option. I have red plugs now, but it feels like the hole inside is quite large, so I believe more in Stefan N's idea about Kemankare.
