Have a small question.....
In the house where we currently live (rental house), they have installed a plastic mat on the chipboard because it leaks from the roof when it rains. They did this around the end of March, so I wonder if the temperature (warmth/cold) plays a role when laying a mat.
Then there's been the issue that everything that has rained in remains in the chipboard and insulation. How will that turn out now when the heat comes on, with condensation etc.... how long can one expect before it results in mold, if it wasn't already there... ???
